CHL Peru started it’s operations in 2016, with the goal of providing housing solutions for vulnerable people of different country locations and developing affordable solutions for mid income families that are applying for their first home.
We have central values that guide our work in Peru, and include high compromise, ethics and honesty, as is our believe, that such an important role require the conformation of a strong technical team, but at the same time, provide security and respect for those families that have the dream of a self owned home.
About CHL Group
Community Housing Ltd (CHL) Group originated in Australia in 1993 with a vision to end housing poverty in the world. It is now the leading not for profit provider of affordable housing in the country and a registered charity.
Over the past 29 years, CHL has expanded its operations to different parts of the world including South Asia, South-East Asia, South America, and sub Saharan Africa. This includes countries like Chile, Peru, India, Indonesia, and Timor-Leste.
CHL Group is dedicated to offering good-quality, affordable, and sustainable housing in regions where there is a great need for it. The Group is focussed on creating housing options for people who are having difficulty finding a place to live, and they continuously work on improving their services for its residents and customers. Their goal is to help residents living in their homes have stable lives, raise families, find employment or pursue education, and have enough income to live comfortably on a daily basis.
In overseas regions, CHL aims to assist people who are disadvantaged due to disparities in the local housing market. They do this by helping these individuals find a way to secure housing, recognising that long-term rental or owning a home is one of the ways that people can build a life they want for themselves.

CHL Peru manages its operations with an excellent team of 3 experienced professionals, all of them with experience in a wide variety of industries, such as engineering, architecture, construction and social assistance. We developed our mission and vision under strict professional codes, emphasizing honesty and dedication in each of our projects and services.
