Stage 2, shares the design and architecture of Stage 1, but considers 27 units that are offered under Techo Propio mode, and are oriented for low income families that are acquiring their first self own property. They will share the common areas, with the goal of developing an integrative and diverse community.

The project is approved and promoted by Peru Ministry of Housing and the support of social banking institutions.
